By accessing or using GrocerMind.JP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GrocerMind.JP is a household food management application that helps users track pantry inventory, scan receipts, plan meals, reduce food waste, and manage grocery spending. The Service is provided free of charge during the current phase.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one account.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including receipt images, inventory data, and purchase history. By using the Service, you grant GrocerMind.JP a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service. Anonymized, aggregated data (such as average prices at stores) may be used to improve features like price comparison for all users.
GrocerMind.JP offers a points reward system. Points are earned through app usage and have no monetary value at this time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the points system at any time. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer or scrape the Service; upload malicious content; create fake accounts or manipulate the points system; or use automated tools to interact with the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to process receipts and provide recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated data (expiry estimates, nutritional information, recipe suggestions) may contain errors. You should not rely solely on the Service for food safety decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GrocerMind.JP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
